Bondimedical prefers Australia Express Post for domestic orders, and typical processing times are 1 business day. This priority one-day delivery service includes tracking, so you can follow your order from the moment it leaves our warehouse. Express Post guarantees next-business-day delivery and requires a signature on delivery. If no one is home to sign for your delivery, we’ll leave a card advising which Post Office you can collect the item from. Your package is also covered by insurance, so it will be replaced in the unlikely event of loss or damage.

Your order is protected by international insurance and is covered against loss, theft or damage. We handle all customs forms, duties, and taxes to ensure your delivery arrives on time at your doorstep. We provide online tracking, and a signature is required upon receipt. If no one is home to sign for your delivery, we will leave a card with details on where you can collect the item.
